Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

- Shipping time (delivery time) is estimated and commences from the date the order is purchased and can take longer than expected time duration due to incomplete address (out of the delivery area)，invalid phone number/consignee unavailable, or other force majeure reasons.
- Please contact us within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
- Due to inventory issues, packages may be shipped from different warehouses. Packages shipped from different warehouses may also have varying shipping time.
- Dear customer, due to lockdowns around the world, we will start shipping your packages as soon as situation permits.
